At Blendtec, we stand behind the quality of our blenders and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your product within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all returns.

• 2.
  Pack Your Blender

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all jars, lids, and manuals that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
